Life Hacks: Move

I woke up this morning thinking about life hacks to lose weight. I'm not fitting into my clothes, I was reminded, as I squeezed into my L size shirt and khaki pants that have become a little more form fitting. Last night, Jess and I talked a bit, after talking for some throughout the day, which is kind of unusual for us. I'm writing now for the first time since July 28, 2021, which is also unusual.  Life hacks. Connection. Communication. Communion.  Is there a relationship between these things? Am I on the right path? Steven Curtis Chapman would suggest so, I believe!
